Who we are

This website is operated by NeatPixel Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to neatpixel.agency, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What personal data we collect and why

Contacting us

The site currently lets you reach us by email (a direct mailto link) or via LinkedIn. Clicking either simply opens your own email client or LinkedIn account — we do not receive or store anything through those links until you choose to send a message, at which point the normal privacy terms of your email provider or LinkedIn apply to that message.

If we add a contact or booking form to the site, we will update this section to describe exactly what it collects (e.g. name, email, and message content) before it goes live.

Analytics and website performance

We use Google Tag Manager to load the tools below, which help us understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. These only run after you consent, via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

• Google Analytics (GA4) — collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location/device information. IP addresses are anonymized by default.
• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and generates heatmaps, to help us see where visitors get stuck or drop off.

If we enable Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on future forms) or Calendly (for booking a consultation), those services will also process limited data — reCAPTCHA analyzes browser/device signals to distinguish humans from bots, and Calendly collects the name, email, and scheduling details you provide when booking a call directly with Calendly, not through this site’s own database.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font requires your browser to request it from Google’s servers, which involves sharing your IP address with Google for that request.

Cookies

The tools described above (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) only run after you consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can review exactly which cookies are in use, and change or withdraw your consent at any time, through the “customize” option on that banner.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell personal data. The tools listed above (Google, Microsoft, and — once enabled — Calendly) process data as independent providers under their own privacy policies:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States), under their own applicable data transfer safeguards.

How long we retain data

Analytics data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) is retained according to each provider’s own default retention settings. We don’t independently store or export this data into our own systems.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we or our providers hold about you, and to withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@neatpixel.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page whenever the tools or data we collect change — for example, when a contact form, Calendly, or reCAPTCHA actually goes live on the site.
