Prioritizing ideas (and roadmap)

The Lysts had no shortage of ideas. What we didn’t have was an easy way to decide which of them actually mattered enough to build next. One idea in particular, letting people paste in a link and having the app fill in the details automatically, split opinion before it ever got built. That’s the story I’m putting together here: how the case for it actually got made, and what it took to get from an idea nobody agreed on to a feature that shipped.
